Refund policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance selling does not apply to accommodation services that must be provided on a specific date or period. Accordingly, no cancellation may be invoked by the Client outside the terms set out in this policy.

I. Cancellation terms

I.1. Cancellation scale — Cancellation fees charged by MYSUITEPARIS are calculated based on how far in advance of the stay's start date the cancellation is notified:

I.2. Notification procedure — Any cancellation request must be notified by email to [email protected]. The date used to apply the scale above is the date the cancellation email is actually received by MYSUITEPARIS. The cancellation is only effective once our team has sent an acknowledgment of receipt.

II. Refund conditions and timing

II.1. Basis of calculation — The scale above applies to the total stay price paid by the Client. The security deposit is refunded in full if the cancellation occurs before check-in.

II.2. Statutory payment period — In accordance with applicable law, any refund owed to the Client will be issued as soon as possible, and no later than 14 calendar days after MYSUITEPARIS confirms the cancellation.

III. Force majeure

III.1. Definition and exclusions — Force majeure is defined under Article 1218 of the French Civil Code as an event that is unforeseeable, irresistible and external, and that directly and entirely prevents the stay from taking place. Personal or professional reasons on the Client's part (such as non-fatal illness, job loss, a non-widespread transport strike, difficulty obtaining a visa, or a simple administrative constraint) are expressly excluded from force majeure — such cases remain subject to the cancellation scale in I.1.

III.2. Consequences — If a duly proven case of force majeure prevents the stay from taking place, the stay contract is automatically terminated. MYSUITEPARIS will then refund the amounts paid for the stay that did not take place, strictly limited to the amounts received, excluding any payment of damages or additional compensation to the Client.
